We offer top standard teaching staff, to facilitate your child’s stay in the Darrington academy. We have a team of best talented teaching staff in academy that includes:

1. Medical Staff: - They offer medical help to students in academy at the time of illness. We have a Nurse and nurse’s station in academy and have weekly visiting general practitioner (Doctor) appointed. In Caseof emergency, Hospital is less than 10 minutes away.



2. Teachers: - We are proud to have highly qualified and experienced teachers for student’s betterment. They spend greater part of their class time in teaching individual students.



3. Counselors:- They conduct various “self – esteem” workshops and seminars, to enhance weak traits of personality of the children



4. Kitchen Staff: - They prepare hygienic and delicious cuisines for the children.



5. Family Representative: - They send weekly reports to parents to make them aware of the progress of their child. We assign family representatives per child, to make close observations of their progress.



6. Admission Representative: - They will assist you through the different options of getting your child to the school.



7. Other Staff: - We also have some other important staff like project manager, operations manager, IT manager, shift leader, and chaperon.

Each staff member is highly professional along with being dedicated, motivational and professional. When unmotivated, troubled teens enroll with Darrington academy; our staff members try to understand their psychology and academic hassles. After some initial academic struggle, most students perform well academically.

Normally, most of our staff lives in the academy. Therefore, throughout the day, they can offer guidance to children in their problems. Our counseling sessions gives student a platform to openly communicate their problems.

Our staff creates a very comfortable environment, where students are listened very patiently. Students form a great bonding with their teachers, which makes their stay in the academy memorable. Although initially some students consider boarding schools as punishments, but in due course of time they form a very profound and memorable association with Darrington academy. You can even see them getting emotional at the time of farewell. At the farewell, Darrington academy’s staff feels delighted to see significant changes in lives of these students.
